Booking and access

We agree a date with you. You make sure we can reach the work area on the day.

The work

Screws are machine installed and pull tested, and you get the test results. If your ground turns out not to suit screws, we tell you, and you don't pay for screws we haven't installed. Any changes to the job are priced before we do them.

Cancelling

If you are a consumer and the contract was agreed away from our premises, you have 14 days to cancel from the day of the agreement. If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point.

Refunds

If something is wrong, tell us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Guarantee

Every base comes with a written 10-year guarantee, provided with your test results. What it covers is set out on the certificate.
